Isle of Anglesey
The Isle of Anglesey is the most Northerly county in Wales, accessed via a road bridge it holds lots of pre-history from the Bronze and Iron age with remnants of settlements still to be found.
At 260 square miles (673 km2) Anglesey is the largest Island in Wales with plenty to see from ancient settlements to late medieval castles like Beaumaris and miles of beautiful coasts, Anglesey is a great place to explore.
